My favourite bar, Belchica, offers 20% off the bill...how many times can I use the card?
The card is valid for the whole year, which means you can go and get your 20% discount every day!!

What happens if a new employee is not sure of the discount or is unsure that their store accepts the card?
Just in case the employee forgets, look out for the Connect Club sticker which proves that they offer a discount. Otherwise contact us and let us know the problem!

Is there an age limit for the card?
No, there is not an age limit for the card.

How do I know when there are new updates?
All news and discounts are regularly updated on the website and you will also be informed in the Connect Club newsletters.

How long is the Connect Club Privilege Card valid for?
The Connect Club Privilege Card is valid for 12 months, the whole calendar year.

How many people is the Connect Club Privilege Card valid for?
It is a personal card, therefore it is valid for one person.

Is the card valid for the entire week?
Yes the Card is valid everyday of the week however this depends on the discount offered by each establishment, some offers are day or time specific (eg free entry before 1am, except Saturdays). All these details will be clearly stated on the Connect Club Website.

What information will I receive by joining the Mailing list?
You will receive a monthly Newsletter with all the recent news and updates about the Connect Club.

Can I buy a card for my friend or does he have to buy it himself?
You can buy cards for all of your friends! All you have to do is write the name of the person on the back of each card. It´s as simple as that!

If I order a card on the website, how long does it take to arrive?
We mail the card to you within 3 days of purchase.

How can I buy the card?
You can purchase the card online from our website, or you can pop into our office and buy the card then…easy! The office is open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday so you can come in at any time, also do not hesitate to call to place an order or if you have any enquiries.

Is there a limit to the number of cards I can buy?
No there is no limit, you can buy as many cards as you want and have all your family and friends enjoying it.

What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept cash or credit cards.

When should I show my card?
Show your card right away to make sure you receive the discount. Some discounts vary depending on the day and time, for example in a club free entrance may only be on specific days.

What do I do if I have lost my card?
Unfortunately as stated in the terms and conditions the Connect Club is not responsible for the lost or damage of a card. But you can always buy a new one and enjoy great discounts.

If I had a problem in one of the establishments what do I do?
You can update your problems on the news and update page or you can simply contact us and we will do our utmost to solve the situation.

How do I find out about new discounts?
To find out about new discounts go onto the website and go to New Discounts. Monthly newsletters will also inform you of all new and updated discounts!

How do I know if a discount is valid?
All the necessary information is in the description under each of the discounts and this will inform you whether the discount is valid or not. Always check the website.

Are there any limitations for any of the discounts?
If you go onto our website and click on a specific discount, it will notify you of the validity of the discount as some discounts are only offered on specific days and during particular times.
